Repeat Offenders. I suggest that dog owners who are irresponsible get put in the pound.?

First, i like dogs. I have a neighbor with 4 hunting dogs. These dogs have jumped a 4 foot fence and attack other dogs as well as people. She puts the electronic collar on when she feels like it. She really has been lucky that more people haven’t reported her. I informed the dog warden about this woman who knows her dogs are aggressive and have attacked other dogs and people. SHE JUST DOESN’T CARE. I think dog owners who are repeat offenders should definitely get heavy fines, have to do community service, make restitution and take a Dog Education Class. I would love to see “the dog police” out there giving tickets to the owner who lets the dog poop on your lawn and not pick it up. I would even volunteer to do that job. So finally what are some of your suggestions FOR THE JUST PLAIN IRRESPONSIBLE DOG OWNERS OF THE WORLD?

Legislation. Strengthen the severity of fines and jail time for irresponsible dog owners. That may be the only way to get their attention.
